Refund & Returns Policy

At Velotrackers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help! Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to make the return process as easy and hassle-free as possible.


Returns

We accept returns on all items within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Not damaged due to misuse or wear.

  • In the same condition as when it was received.

Exclusions:

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Sale items and clearance products are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@velotrackers.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at contact@velotrackers.com. We’ll arrange a return for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damage or defect for a quicker resolution.
